: Enhancing Logistics for Superior Customer Experience
At Groupe EMOVA Monceau Fleur, I had the privilege of working as an E-commerce Project Manager, where my focus was on improving logistics and enhancing the customer experience. Monceau Fleurs, renowned for its beautiful floral arrangements and convenient services, needed a streamlined approach to manage deliveries more effectively. My mission was to create solutions that would not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
Optimizing Delivery Mechanisms and Tracking
The primary issue lay in the existing delivery framework which caused delays affecting customer satisfaction. Moreover, there wasn't a proficient method of tracking tickets for ongoing projects under the TMA Contract. Our target was straightforward - resolve these issues to ensure an unbroken shopping experience.
Implementing New Delivery Alternatives and Ticket Monitoring
o directly address these issues, we launched three novel delivery choices - Click and Collect, Ship From Store, Relay – offering flexibility while significantly reducing delivery times. We also incorporated gift wrapping options at checkout to further enrich the customer's journey. In addition, we instituted a ticket monitoring approach for the TMA Contract ensuring all tasks were overseen effectively. This involved conducting regular UX UI workshops, scoping sessions along with drafting comprehensive specifications managed by our team of developers and UX UI specialists. By validating functional and technical specifications we ensured alignment with our objectives.
Harnessing Team Proficiency and Workshops
The project's triumph was largely due to proficient teamwork and transparent communication. Through hosting UX UI workshops and scoping meetings, we pinpointed crucial areas needing enhancement and devised practical plans. Comprehensive specification documents ensured collective understanding. Coordinating a team of adept developers and UX UI experts enabled us to seamlessly execute these modifications. Their proficiency was critical in confirming both functional and technical specifications, guaranteeing our solutions were sturdy and dependable. To sum up, my tenure at Groupe EMOVA Monceau Fleur witnessed substantial advancements in logistics and customer contentment. By rolling out new delivery alternatives, instituting an effective ticket tracking system, along with harnessing team expertise via workshops, we succeeded in delivering a flawless shopping experience that lived up to the high standards set by Monceau Fleurs.
