Revamping Brico Privé's Delivery Modes

As the Product Owner & Business Analyst at Brico Privé, my primary objective was to upgrade the order management system through Fluent Commerce. Starting in July 2022, I devoted eight months to refining delivery methods and inventory management procedures. The outcome? A boost in revenue and improved conversion rates.

Seamless System Sync

To tackle this, Agile meetings guide us. Projects split into EPICs and tasks find priority in Jira. Mulesoft configures for integration, linking Sage for financials and Salesforce for CRM data. Custom middleware for Fluent Commerce with Mulesoft ensures accurate order info and real-time stock levels. This approach simplifies operations and sharpens data accuracy.
